Approach

Clear collaboration begins with defined responsibilities

Every project has different objectives and conditions. We agree the scope before work begins, record changes as work proceeds, and set out results and next steps at handover.

Process

From defining the problem to delivering the result

  1. 01

    Define objectives

Understand the context, expected outcomes and real conditions, and determine the problem to be solved.

  2. 02

    Build the plan

Agree the scope, roles, milestones and communication arrangements.

  3. 03

    Coordinate delivery

Track tasks and dependencies, and record progress, changes and decisions required.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Consolidate results and open items, and set out the arrangements for execution or ongoing support.

Engagement

Three ways to work together

Focused advisory

For clearly defined work that requires analysis or a proposal. Delivered against agreed content.

Phased project support

For preparation, launch or adjustment phases, providing management and coordination support over a defined period.

Ongoing advisory

For matters that require regular discussion and continued follow-up, at an agreed frequency and scope.

Agreements

What we agree at the outset

  • Project objectives and service scope.
  • The contracting entity and people involved.
  • Information and support required from the client.
  • Deliverables and phase arrangements.
  • Communication, decision-making and change process.
  • Fees and payment terms.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can we engage you for a single phase only?

Yes. Work can be organised around a defined question or project phase.

Do we need to engage both the Hong Kong company and Bridcy (Los Angeles)?

No. The two are separate companies and may provide services independently. Whether they collaborate depends on the project and is confirmed before work begins.

Which company will sign the agreement?

This depends on the actual service scope and is stated in the quotation and contract. A displayed collaboration does not mean the other company bears the obligations by default.

How are fees and timelines determined?

Based on the scope of work, level of involvement, regional conditions and delivery requirements.
